Join us in Jervis Bay with Commando Steve, Felicity Lemke and the rest of The Bay Games team

Who is this Masterclass for?

This Masterclass is designed for Everyday Athletes who are either looking to sharpen their competition skills OR want to ‘dip their toe in the pond’ and are curious to give functional competition a try.

This two-day smorgasbord of skills sessions and competition simulation will take you through the four critical steps to harness your human potential:

  1. Plan – learn how to dissect the workout schedule and build your strategy
  2. Prepare – learn how to warm up // cool down // hydrate // fuel for optimal performance throughout a competition
  3. Perform – learn how to move efficiently and effectively to achieve your best results 
  4. Repair – learn tips and techniques for active recovery and reflection

The better prepared you are (mentally and physically) the more fun you’ll have and the better your results will be. That’s what this Masterclass is all about!

What's Included?

All you’ll need to do is get to Jervis Bay and have somewhere to rest your head at night – we’ll take care of the rest!

Your Masterclass with Commando Steve includes:

– Skills, drills and strategy sessions ahead of the competition simulation

– 4 hour competition simulation (2 staged workouts + a floating workout)

– Active recovery // stroke correction (indoor) swim session with Felicity Lemke

– A structured feedback and reflection round

– A relaxing movement and mobility session

What Does It Cost?

As a VIP you’re invited to join this exclusive as our guest on behalf of your gym!!

This includes access to all Workshop Sessions, entry into the Competition Simulation, swim entry and so much more…

What you’ll need to bring…

  • Gym workout clothing and footwear inc. any straps, wraps, belts you normally use
  • A jump rope
  • BYO chalk if you want to use it (C-19 rules…)
  • Swimwear, goggles, swim cap
  • Towels for use at the gym and post-swim
  • Stretchy clothing for yoga, sunscreen, sun hat, water bottle, sense of humour
