Nope. We are all about inclusivity and love that we have a huge range of athletes who come and compete every year! All you have to do is hit the ‘REGISTER’ button and, assuming we haven’t sold out, you’re in… (Side comment: we do sell out each year so, don’t wait for too long!)

Great question!! Once we get closer to the festival weekend we’ll be emailing our athletes like crazed cats + once our leaderboard goes live you’ll be able to find out exactly which athlete needs to be where and when! But, for now, here’s a precis: Friday afternoon//evening = Athlete Check-in Saturday (day) = Athlete Check-in & Individuals competition Saturday (night) = The Super SLAMDOWN (Pairs competition) – next to the Husky Pub! Sunday = Athlete Check-in & Teams competition

In reality, you only need to bring what you plan to wear during each event and in-between events… It can be ‘fresh’ first thing in the morning so be sure to bring a Hoodie. And whilst we have booked sunshine again, it doesn’t come with a guarantee so, hope for the best, prepare for the worst! All of the equipment used in the actual workouts will be provided e.g. SUP and paddles, dumbbells, barbells, and plates, etc. There will also be a recovery area that will include access to the amazing team from Basham Physiotherapy in Nowra who offers their massage services at no charge. Additionally, we will also have a Kyrotherapy capability next to the main arena – this is available at special rates for athletes during the event (just show them your wristband!). Finally, bring a water bottle with you! As part of our efforts to minimise the impact our events have on the planet we have replaced single-use plastic bottles with ‘water bubblers’ so that you can refill your water bottles!

This feature is only available to the Team Captain of your team i.e. the person that registered your team.

Please note: if you need to update a teammate’s name and/or email address, click ‘Replace’ and re-enter the Athlete into the system i.e. you cannot just change an Athletes name or email, you have to delete and re-add them. That said, to make any of these changes follow the steps below:

  1. Log into Competition Corner (
  2. Go to ‘My Competitions”
  3. Click on ‘View Roster’
  4. From here you can view and manage your team. You can:
    1. Update your team name
    2. Update T-shirt size and your Affiliate
    3. Add or Replace a Teammate

No. We understand that getting your whole team together is a bit like herding cats! Therefore, just one from each team is required to attend the Athlete Check-in.
