In 2019 you will have the chance once again to test your overall functional fitness, speed and stamina over the course of 5 awesome workouts!
All we can tell you is that the workouts could include barbell work, SUP boarding, kettlebells, jump ropes, sandbag work, assault bikes, SkiErg’s, plyometric boxes, running, dumbbells, swimming and more!
This event is for the more advanced athlete and is sure to push each individual to their limits to determine who will prevail as the BOSS OF THE BAY and take home $1,000!!
