How Does This Work?

This online seminar series is designed to help you understand why urinary incontinence occurs, what you can do about it and, how to implement these newly learned skills into your routine.

Courtenay will run 3 x 60 minute, live and exclusively female online seminars that have a bonus (optional) 30 minute live Q&A after each.

Each live seminar session will also be recorded and you’ll be able to replay them forever! 

The seminar schedule looks like this:

Subject – Will The Real Pelvic Floor Please Stand Up (anatomy)
  • Anatomy and Physiology of the pelvic floor 101
  • Activity: learning diaphragmatic breathing, pelvic floor and deep core activation
Seminar Session 2Date 13th May at 6.30pm AEST
Subject – Get Rid Of The Grandma Bod (posture and mobility)
  • The importance of posture and mobility
  • Activity: postural awareness + mobility exercises appropriate for optimal pelvic floor activation
Seminar Session 3Date 27th May at 6.30pm AEST
Subject – Stop Leaking And Start Peaking (functional movement and pelvic floor integration)
  • Understanding progressive overload of the pelvic floor and integrating pelvic floor work into functional movement
  • Activity: understanding typical functional movements and technique adjustments (skipping, running, box jumps, heavy lifts)
