Learn new skills, fine-tune your Games strategy, and hang out with some legends. Spend a weekend in Jervis Bay with the amazing Alethea Boon, Felicity Lemke, and the rest of The Bay Games team.

This is the dream training weekend for you and your mates! 

Who is this Bootcamp for?

If you want to scrub up your skills and enjoy a dress rehearsal for Games day, this is for you.

This two-day smorgasbord of skills sessions and workshops will prepare you for the 2020 Bay Games! (Some would consider this an unfair advantage…)

You’ll learn how the Pros dissect the Games workouts and how you can take your performance to a new level.

In the bay, on the beaches, and in the box; you’ll get it all. You’ll even relax in style at JB Brewing Co. as we all kick back and share battle stories from the first day.

All you’ll need to do is get to Jervis Bay and have somewhere to rest your head at night – we’ll take care of the rest!

What Does It Cost?

This exclusive Bootcamp is LIMITED to just 40 places and is only $285 AUD per person inc. GST

This includes access to all Masterclass and Workshop Sessions, SUP and wetsuit rental, morning refreshments on both days and a 2020 Bay Games t-shirt/singlet (RRP $40)

What you’ll need to bring…

  • Gym workout clothing and footwear inc. any straps, wraps, belts you normally use
  • A jump rope
  • BYO chalk if you want to use it (C-19 rules…)
  • Swimwear, goggles, swim cap (if you have a swimming wetsuit – bring it!)
  • Beach towel and suitable clothing for outdoor activities such as trail running
  • Sunscreen, sun hat, water bottle, sense of humour

Our friends at the Bayside Motel (just 20 metres from The Bay Games venue) in Huskisson love to welcome athletes back each year.

And to say ‘thanks’ they are offering 10% off accommodation for athletes joining this Bootcamp.

It’s a 1-minute walk into the heart of Huskisson and opposite where we’ll be kicking off on the Saturday morning!
